As of January 2020, annual HOA dues are $200 (subject to change by vote). 
Invoices are mailed to residents in early January and due before the Annual Meeting in February.

Specific details regarding due date, amount due, meeting location, etc. will be outlined within each year's mailings.

Mailbox information:

It is the homeowner’s responsibility to maintain their mailbox, so if yours needs painting or repair, we encourage you to take care of it as soon as possible.
