Roles and Responsibilities

President

  • Chairman of the Board
  • Presides at board and shareholder meetings
  • Executes board policies
  • Executes legal documents
  • Reviews and Approves contractual polices
  • Reviews and Approves any Engineering Documents.
  • Review and Approve construction / alteration plans prior to City Approval.
  • Sets meeting agendas
  • Appoints committees
  • Assist in Annual Budget planning.
  • Assist in administration activities where required.

 

Vice President

  • Acting President as required.
  • Will assist other board members as required. (See Below)
  • Correspondence. I.e.: notices sent out via US mail to homeowners for the purpose of general meetings.
  • Assist in Annual Budget planning
  • As Assigned.

 

Secretary

  • Minutes of all meetings to be kept in a “Ledger” and made available during an Official Board OR Home Owners Association meeting.
  • Resolution information be kept in the same “Ledger” and made available during an Official
  • Board OR Home Owners Association meetings.
  • Records all communication and documentation be kept up to date.
  • Correspondence. I.e.: notices sent out via US mail to homeowners for the purpose of general meetings.
  • Proxies as required.
  • Assist in Annual Budget planning
  • As assigned

 

Treasurer

  • Budgets, although the Annual budget will be set by the “Board Of Directors” The treasurer will keep necessary documentation.
  • Books. General book keeping information will be kept in a “Ledger” which must be made available during an Official “Board Of Directors” OR “Home Owners Association” meeting.
  • Accounts, all accounts payable and receive able be kept up to date. Which must be made available during an Official “Board Of Directors” OR “Home Owners meetings.
  • Funds. Distribution of funds will be managed / controlled by the Assigning Director or Directors. (2- names will be added to the signing authority)
  • Reports. Annual reports will be required to reflect our financial status.
  • Audit. Annual report will be required to review with a selected charted Accounting office. Assist in Annual Budget planning
  • As Assigned

 

Community Event Planer

  • Seasonal Decoration, Obtain and create decoration idea’s for ALL common area’s of Wild woods. And pending budget approval.
  • Generate “Beautification Plans” with the involvements of Home Owners for ALL common area’s of Wildwoods, with some reasonable time line for completion and pending budget approval.
  • Annual Family day for Wild Woods Residents. i.e.; Picnic or any sports related activities that will get everyone involved in a social event. (This may not be funded through HOA at this time)
  • Assist in Annual Budget planning
  • As Assigned
